The usual instinct is to retain core competencies in-house when a shortage of a particular resource occurs. And the increase in legislation can place a strain on finding and retaining staff with key skills and experience. Why then would releasing HR and recruitment from the grasp of an organisation be of benefit when there are skill/staff shortages in key areas?
This evening workshop will focus on how outsourcing recruitment can provide essential efficiencies and maintain and improve quality of service.
Arinso and Lansdowne - their new recruitment division - will look at Recruitment Process Outsourcing and how to address issues such as:
• Attracting the right calibre of staff in a shorter timespan
• Maintaining quality of service to employees
• Providing efficient delivery of services
